Sales Manager

Jazak Builders is a Canada-based company specializing in commercial construction projects such as retail spaces, offices, restaurants, and daycares. We are expanding globally and looking for a Remote Sales Manager based in Delhi, India, to help grow our Canadian operations by generating leads, managing client relations, and strengthening our online presence.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in construction or real estate sales and social media management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, digital outreach, and client engagement while coordinating with our Toronto head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial construction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and consultants
• Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and client follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the Canadian office
• Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
• Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams in Toronto
• Track and report sales performance and digital marketing results

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development (construction or real estate preferred)
• Proven experience in social media marketing and content management
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to generate and close leads remotely
• Proficient in CRM tools and social media analytics
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
