As an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager in IT, your role will involve driving business growth, expanding the client base, and managing end-to-end IT sales operations. You should have a strong background in IT sales with the ability to understand technical solutions and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential markets and developing a strong pipeline for various IT solutions such as Software, ERP, Cloud, IT Services, and Digital Solutions. - Conducting research to understand client needs and industry trends. - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned business targets. - Generating leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, partner channels, and referrals. - Conducting client meetings, presentations, product demos, and solution consultations. In terms of client relationship management, you will be responsible for: - Building long-term professional relationships with new and existing customers. - Maintaining regular follow-ups with clients to understand satisfaction levels and future requirements. - Managing client escalations professionally and ensuring timely resolution. - Ensuring a high conversion ratio through continuous client engagement and solution-based sales. You will also be managing the complete sales lifecycle, including: - Preparing proposals, quotations, sales contracts, and pricing negotiations. - Coordinating between internal technical, support, and delivery teams to ensure correct solution mapping and project handover. - Maintaining accurate sales reports, MIS, CRM entries, and forecasting. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in IT Sales, particularly in Software, ERP, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or IT Services. - Strong knowledge of enterprise & B2B sales processes. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand technical offerings and explain them in simple business terms. - Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills. - High ownership, self-motivation, and result-oriented mindset. - Comfort with travel for client meetings when required.
