Job Description

You will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and servicing the needs of established accounts by utilizing excellent products, solutions, and customer knowledge. Your role will involve educating customers on pricing and application advantages, highlighting how they meet customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Schneider Electric Industrial Product sales at a Channel led Customer base. - Promote the whole Schneider Electric offer, focusing on Industrial Automation, Partner Products, Home & Distribution, and Ecostruxure - Software & Services. Act as a liaison between customers and channel. - Develop annual business plans for key accounts in alignment with company strategy to drive profitability, volume, and market share, aiming to meet or exceed assigned targets. - Negotiate and close new business opportunities to drive growth in both sales and gross margin effectively. - Drive Ecostruxure Plant/Machine Integrated Solutions, applications, and architectures, starting from connected products through advisor platforms. - Establish customer intimacy by connecting at all required levels of the customer organization, including C-Level, engineering, and purchasing departments. - Manage customer responsiveness and overall satisfaction, maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction pre and post-execution. - Collaborate closely with the wider SE sales teams to ensure coordination for project wins. Qualifications Required: - Industrial Automation expertise in HMI, VSD, SS, Sensors, Relays, PAC, and Automation Software. - Power Products proficiency in ACB, MCCB, Sandwich Busducts, MPCB, Contactors, Overload Relays, and ATS. - Home & Distribution knowledge covering Distribution Boards, MCB, RCCB/RCBO, Plug & Sockets, and Switches & Lighting Automation. Additionally, EcoStruxure is Schneider Electric's IoT-enabled, plug-and-play, open, interoperable architecture and platform, spanning Homes, Buildings, Data Centers, Infrastructure, and Industries. It offers innovation at every level, from Connected Products to Edge Control and Apps, Analytics, and Services.,
