What you will work on:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of Channel vertical.
  • You will be responsible for Sales Planning, New Partner Enrollment and Achievement of business goals.
  • Experience of handling DSA must.
  • Should know the local topography very well.
  • The ideal candidate should be digital savvy.
  • The ideal candidate:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a DSA team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of local market including market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal
  • stakeholders.
  • Should be capable of thinking out of the box/willing to learn new things.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial/FMCG/Telcom/etc industries.
  • Any bachelor's degree.
