Position Summary: House Banao is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive sales for our home construction, interior design, and renovation services. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the construction, home interiors, office interiors, and renovation industries. This position is office-based and does not have a sales target structure but requires an individual with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to nurture long-lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Leadership : Lead the sales process for both residential and commercial projects, focusing on home construction, interior design, office interiors, and renovations. Provide expert guidance to clients to help them make informed decisions. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients. Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Consultative Selling : Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the construction and interior design sectors to provide consultative advice, addressing client requirements and delivering solutions that align with their goals and budgets. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project managers and designers, to ensure smooth execution of projects from initial engagement through to completion. . Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. Market Knowledge : Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Office-Based Role: Perform office-based duties, including client meetings, drafting proposals, preparing presentations, and managing administrative tasks related to sales operations. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project statuses, and sales activities. Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights into sales progress and opportunities. Required Qualifications: Experience : A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, with a strong track record in the construction, home interiors, office interiors, and renovation sectors. Industry Expertise : Deep understanding of the home construction, renovation, and interior design industries, including project processes, materials, and key considerations for both residential and commercial spaces. Sales Acumen: Ability to manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure deals without being driven by quotas or targets. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams alike. Personality : Professional, approachable, and client-focused. A confident individual with a polished demeanor, capable of establishing credibility and trust with clients. Team Collaboration : Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between sales, design, and project management. Organizational Skills : Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely delivery.
