Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager for the hospitality team, your role is crucial in driving revenue by nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and securing group and corporate bookings. Your efforts will play a key part in promoting hotel services, increasing occupancy rates, and surpassing sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing accounts. - Generate group, corporate, and event bookings through proactive outreach and relationship management. - Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and sales presentations. - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts utilizing CRM software. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive strategy. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility. - Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. - Coordinate closely with operations, front office, and events teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, event venue, etc.). - Strong understanding of corporate and group sales channels. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera Sales & Catering, Delphi). - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
