Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Manager - Hospitality. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing relationships with clients to promote hospitality offerings. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Market Research, Analytical Skills, and Strategic Planning Abilities
• Knowledge of Hospitality Industry including Resorts, Hotels, and Restaurants
• Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
