Job Description – Sales Manager (Hospitality)

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and business development for our hospitality brand. The role involves creating and executing strategic sales plans targeting corporate clients, MICE, weddings, events, and leisure segments. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure consistent revenue achievement. Responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with marketing to design impactful promotions. The ideal candidate will have proven hospitality sales experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive a high-performance sales culture while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
