We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager HORECA to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales growth in the HORECA sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the HORECA sector.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
Train and support sales team members to enhance their performance and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the HORECA sector.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
