5. Negotiate deals, analyze market trends, and provide professional property consultation.
6. Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits for potential buyers.
7. Convert qualified leads into successful property transactions.
8. Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales service.

1. Proven success in sales (real estate experience preferred).

3. Strong experience handling HNI clients and premium properties.
4. Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a target-based role.
5. Must own a bike or car with valid license and papers.
