Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing strong professional relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. The role involves selling company products and solutions, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong client relationships with individuals, corporates, and channel partners.
  • Present and pitch company products/services in a confident and persuasive manner to prospective clients.
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and industry associations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and accurate sales documentation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong customer engagement.
  • Represent the company at sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Be comfortable with domestic and occasional travel as required for client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a confident, target-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and professional with a high sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools, and market dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to travel for sales meetings and business development opportunities as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
