Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day sales activities. The Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, budgeting, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
