Position Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Key Responsibilities: Engage with travel agents to promote and sell the AirportZo product. Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence. Demonstrate expertise in managing the entire sales process from initiation to closure. Possess strong business acumen and in-depth industry knowledge. Build and maintain client relationships by offering support, insights, and recommendations for new opportunities, profitability, and service enhancements. Monitor emerging markets and industry trends while staying informed about new products and competitor activities. Contribute to team success by achieving relevant business objectives. Prepare insightful reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing key data. Uphold quality service standards by establishing and enforcing organizational best practices. Skills Required: Proven experience as a sales professional in airline ticketing sales or with a travel agent with around 2-4 years. Experience of at least 1 year in a start up. Consultative sales approach. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
