Sales Manager

We are looking for a male Sales Manager with a strong background in sales or business development. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, self-driven, and willing to travel across assigned locations. This role involves managing sales operations, developing business opportunities, and leading client engagement in the roofing or construction-related product sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive sales targets in the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strategize sales approach.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer service.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
• Oversee and support the field sales team in their day-to-day activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely service.
• Travel extensively within the assigned locations to meet clients and dealers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
• Age Limit: 20 to 45 years.
