We are 13 years old Indian company specializing in Cloud and professional services. We have 1000+ employees supporting 50+ Blue Chips companies.
To expand into GCC market, We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and client engagement with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GCC operations and proven expertise in selling professional services.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and target GCCs across IT, Telecom, and Networking sectors.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate GCC accounts.
· Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Center Heads, Procurement, Functional Leaders).
· Present tailored solutions addressing GCC pain points (talent, compliance, scalability).
· Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and closures.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
· Track market trends and provide insights for service innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably targeting GCCs or IT services.
· Strong network within GCC ecosystem and industry forums (NASSCOM, Zinnov).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
· Knowledge of outsourcing models, HR solutions, and compliance frameworks
