Sales Manager GCC Market Focus

You are a Sales Manager with experience in driving business development and client engagement with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. Your role will involve identifying and targeting GCCs across IT, Telecom, and Networking sectors. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate GCC accounts, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and present tailored solutions addressing GCC pain points. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, track market trends, and provide insights for service innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target GCCs across IT, Telecom, and Networking sectors. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate GCC accounts. - Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Center Heads, Procurement, Functional Leaders). - Present tailored solutions addressing GCC pain points (talent, compliance, scalability). - Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and closures. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. - Track market trends and provide insights for service innovation. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably targeting GCCs or IT services. - Strong network within GCC ecosystem and industry forums (NASSCOM, Zinnov). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets. - Knowledge of outsourcing models, HR solutions, and compliance frameworks.
