Company is mainly focused in Professional Services and Cloud/ SaaS services. Company has offices in Delhi and Mumbai, while people are working pan India on various projects.
The Key Responsibilities
· Identify and target Global Capability Center (GCC) across IT, Telecom, and Networking sectors.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate GCC accounts.
· Build strong relationships with decision-makers (GCC Heads, Procurement, Functional Leaders).
· Present tailored solutions addressing GCC pain points (talent hiring and attrition, compliance, scalability).
· Manage end-to-end sales cycle including Lead Identification, Proposals, Negotiations, and Closures.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
· Track market trends and provide insights for service innovation.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably targeting Global Capability Center (GCC) or IT services.
· Must have good relationship with Key People in Global Capability Center (GCC).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
· Knowledge of outsourcing models, HR solutions, and compliance frameworks. Vertical Head - Global Competence Center (GCC) will lead and manage operations, set strategic goals, and provide expertise to deliver effective solutions in IT and Telecom services. Responsibilities include overseeing technical consulting, training programs, and efficient deployment of skilled technical personnel. The role demands building client relationships, ensuring collaboration across teams, and identifying business growth opportunities. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Delhi NCR.
