Sales Manager - Field Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead our on-ground sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.
• Visit clients regularly to understand requirements and offer product solutions.
• Manage and motivate field sales executives to ensure high productivity.
• Monitor daily sales activities, track KPIs, and maintain reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct product demonstrations and pitch presentations in the field.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle client negotiations, pricing, and closing deals.
• Gather market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of field sales experience (FMCG, manufacturing, printing, advertising, branding, B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork and travel.
• Good understanding of CRM tools, reporting, and sales metrics.
