As a Sales Manager, your role involves generating revenue for the company by selling services to potential customers. You will be responsible for identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, presenting services, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports and forecasts. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and generate leads. - Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. - Present services to prospective customers, emphasizing their value. - Negotiate contracts and terms to close sales. - Meet and surpass sales targets. - Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts. Qualifications Required: - A degree is mandatory. - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. - Must possess a personal bike and a valid driver's license. - Preference will be given to local candidates. - Ability to lead and manage a team. The company offers a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund benefits. The work schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, morning shift, and weekend availability. Additional benefits include a joining bonus, shift allowance, and yearly bonus.
