Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. New Client Acquisition

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients within the assigned territory.
  
• Conduct cold calls, client visits, and product presentations to generate leads.
  
• Develop strong pipelines through active networking, market research, and referrals.
  

2. B2B Sales & Account Management

• Understand clients business needs and propose relevant products/solutions.
  
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  

3. Field Sales Operations

• Conduct regular field visits for lead generation and follow-ups.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress.
  
• Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on pipeline status and performance.
  

4. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  
• Provide insights to management for business planning and product enhancement.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  

• 2–9 years

  of proven experience in

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
