As a Real Estate Sales Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing sales plans, setting targets, and ensuring successful property transactions. You will lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and training. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, negotiating deals, and closing sales effectively are essential aspects of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date on real estate market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly, collaborating with other departments like marketing, finance, and legal to support sales initiatives, and tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures and reports will be part of your routine. Identifying opportunities to streamline sales processes, adopting new technologies, addressing client needs, resolving conflicts, and making decisions to facilitate successful sales outcomes are key components of your day-to-day tasks. Qualifications: - One or two years of experience as a sales manager or team leader is preferred. - Real estate experience or a license is a significant advantage. - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team. - Ability to develop and execute sales plans. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
