This Job is For Real Estate Experience Holders Only Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and ensure successful property transactions. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and training. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate deals and close sales effectively. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Work with other departments like marketing, finance, and legal to support sales initiatives. Reporting and Analysis: Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reports. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and adopt new technologies. Problem-Solving: Address client needs, resolve conflicts, and make decisions to facilitate successful sales outcomes. Qualifications: Experience: One or two year of experience as a sales manager or team leader is preferred. Real Estate Knowledge: Real estate experience or a license is a significant advantage. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team. Organizational and Planning Skills: Ability to develop and execute sales plans. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
