Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our companys sales efforts, developing strategies to increase revenue, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
Organize and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
Bachelors degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
