Sales Manager Domestic Staffing (Project & Staffing Sales)

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development for
Domestic IT Staffing
and
Project Sales
.
Manage
RFPs, SOW-based opportunities
, and client proposals from initiation to closure.
Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term client relationships.
Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams for successful project fulfillment.
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum
10 years of experience
in
Staffing Sales and Project Sales
within the domestic market.
Proven expertise in handling
RFPs, SOWs
, and client negotiations.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful business deals.
Excellent understanding of market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
Experience in managing complete sales cycles independently.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
