Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead property sales efforts, manage client relationships, and conduct property visits. You will act as a key link between clients and property developers, driving site visits and ensuring sales closures. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling & Calling: Contact inbound/outbound leads from marketing campaigns, qualify prospects, and maintain follow-up communication. Project Presentation: Explain property details (residential/commercial) to clients over calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Site Visits: Organize and conduct property visits with potential buyers, ensuring excellent on-site experience and converting visits to bookings. Sales Closure: Maintain strong follow-ups, negotiate deals, and close sales in coordination with the builder’s team. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, visits, and conversion status using CRM tools; report daily and weekly performance. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team for lead feedback and campaign optimization.
