eOxigen Automotive Pvt Ltd is India's first EV sales, technology aggregation, and onsite EV service repair and maintenance company. We focus on quicker adoption of green technology through a minimal inventory model. We are a consumer-centric and stakeholder-inclusive organization dedicated to accelerating scalability in the EV start-up space. Our services include EV spare parts sales, servicing, training, franchisee support, and funding for promising EV start-ups.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in NCR , Greater Noida , with some hybrid Sales work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales targets of EV sales , Dealers and Dustributors strategies, managing the sales team, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
Strong business development and client relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical skills for market research and sales performance analysis
Knowledge of the EV industry and green technologies
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
