Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for fieldwork, as regular visits to client locations will be necessary. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular on-site visits to client locations for meetings, presentations, negotiations, and relationship building. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical) to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and reports to management and clients. Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide insights on market trends and competitor activity. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel regularly to client locations as required.
