Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include managing sales activities, achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

We are looking for well experienced BD/Marketing/Sales person with following requirements: 

Preferred candidate with engineering background having worked in areas such as:- 

1. Industrial Clients for ETPs & WTPs 
2. Industrial Parks/Areas for CETPs 
3. Technology focused ETPs & CETPs 
4. Recycle Reuse/ ZLD systems 
5. Medium to large capacity STPs for municipal/Real estate sector 
6. O&M projects 
7. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar industry.

Candidate will be required to focus on Business Development & Marketing Activities which shall include the following: 

1. Client Meeting 
2. Sales 
3. Working with proposal & process team for proposal 
4. Technical presentation 
5. Commercial Discussion 
6. Order Finalization
