Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Pune / Maharashtra
Experience: 4–10 years

Job Purpose

To lead the sales team, develop business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The role requires a dedicated, persuasive professional capable of handling the complete sales cycle with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and guide the sales team with clear direction.
  • Review daily pipeline and overall team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support junior staff.

2. Sales Operations

  • Conduct regular client meetings and sales calls.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, quotation submissions, and CRM updates.
  • Maintain a structured and disciplined sales process.

3. Deal & Client Management

  • Manage and review deals independently.
  • Handle client interactions with professionalism and strong negotiation skills.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.

4. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Generate new leads through networking, industrial visits, and referrals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Expand market presence across industrial regions.

5. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with operations, service, and accounts teams.
  • Support site visits, documentation, and quotation drafting when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team-management ability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Experience in B2B/industrial/technical sales preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, stay proactive, and work under pressure.

Reporting

  • Reports To: Senior Management / Director
  • Supervises: Sales Executives & Interns

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
