Job Description

Drive B2B and B2C sales for elder care services, including home care, utility support, health check-ups, and wellness programs. Identify and onboard new clients (individuals, hospitals, senior clubs, RWAs) through field visits, calls, and outreach. Build and manage strong client relationships with families, institutions, and partners. Achieve monthly sales and retention targets through strategic planning and follow-ups. Collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction. Conduct regular reviews, track performance metrics, and implement growth strategies.
