Job Title: Business Development Executive – Real Estate Sales

Location: Sector 42, Gurgaon


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospects.

• Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.

• Handle client queries and provide professional guidance in property selection.

• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.


Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (MBA preferred, not mandatory).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
