Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales team members. Set individual and team goals, provide feedback, and track performance. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, explore potential cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Performance Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports for senior management, and identify areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues faced by the sales team in the field. Credit & Operations Management: Ensure smooth functioning of Credit & Operations Department, ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market conditions to senior management.
