Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. As a Sales Manager at Dkashi Industries, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales executives, developing revenue-driven strategies, and strengthening customer relationships across various projects, retail counters, and direct client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve assigned sales targets.

·        Develop and implement smart, result-oriented sales strategies and growth plans.

·        Define route plans for Sales Executives and monitor daily execution.

·        Visit project sites, retail counters, and prospective clients individually or with the team to drive business growth.

·        Track performance of Sales Executives, analyze reports, and enhance team productivity.

·        Resolve sales-related challenges faced by team members promptly and efficiently.

·        Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

·        Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
