Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive digital sales of housing loan products through direct sales channels by leveraging digital platforms, managing leads, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Convert digital leads for home loans received via website, mobile app, aggregators, or social media.
Engage with customers via calls, chats, emails, or virtual meetings to understand loan requirements.
Provide expert consultation on housing loan eligibility, product features, and documentation.
Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure seamless file processing.

Digital Sales Operations:

Track and manage lead funnel through CRM/digital tools.
Ensure lead quality, follow-up discipline, and timely closures.
Use analytics and dashboards to monitor performance and optimize conversion rates.

Customer Experience:

Deliver exceptional service during the digital onboarding journey.
Resolve customer queries promptly with clarity and professionalism.
Educate customers about online tools for application, documentation, and tracking.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all KYC and loan documents are collected as per policy.
Maintain 100% compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
