Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Growth Driver - Digital Marketing Sales to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth for the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Engage with prospects, understand their business challenges and goals, and articulate how RevBoosters solutions can address their needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and achieving sales targets.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with the sales, marketing, and account management teams to achieve shared goals.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven success in sales, preferably within the digital marketing or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant sales tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
