Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Define and execute the regional sales plan aligned with the company s overall cybersecurity solutions portfolio and revenue targets.
Identify key growth segments (MSSPs, MSPs, VARs, System Integrators) and align sales initiatives.
Forecast, track, and report on sales KPIs and pipeline health.
2. Channel Partner Management
Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners (resellers, SIs, MSSPs) in the region.
Strengthen existing partner relationships through joint business planning, sales enablement, and co-selling.
Drive partner loyalty programs and ensure alignment with vendor expectations.
3. Vendor Management
Act as the regional interface for cybersecurity OEMs/vendors represented by the VAD.
Ensure alignment on sales targets, marketing plans, and technical enablement.
Manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with vendors.
5. Market Development & Demand Generation
Initiate and drive regional marketing and demand generation activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
Identify and address regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
7. Commercial & Operational Excellence
Ensure timely and accurate quotes, deal registration, and order closure.
Manage pricing strategies and special bid processes in coordination with vendors and partners.
8. Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Provide accurate forecasting, sales reports, and insights to senior management.
Ensure strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, marketing).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The idealSales Manager
  • Bachelor s/master s degree in Business Administration
  • Good Presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client Relationship Management and Account Management Skills
  • Strong understanding of Networking, Application delivery and Network security .
  • Experience in CyberSecurity Portfolio is plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a Product Manager/ Technical Consultant role.
  • Experience with data protection, backup & restore, endpoint protection, and ransomware recovery
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions simply
  • Experience supporting or working with resellers, or system integrators is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with data protection vendors such as Cohesity, Veeam, Rubrik, Commvault, Acronis, etc., is a plus
Preferred Certifications
  • Cloud (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals)
  • Backup/Data Protection certifications (vendor-specific or general)
  • IT infrastructure-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA, VMware
