Job Summary:

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy:

    Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, generate leads, and support business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution:

    Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads).
  • Content Development:

    Create and oversee engaging marketing materials—blogs, case studies, social media content, and newsletters.
  • Brand Positioning:

    Define and communicate our unique value proposition in the IT services market.
  • Lead Generation:

    Work with the sales team to design campaigns that convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Analytics & Optimization:

    Track and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement:

    Build relationships with clients and prospects through digital touchpoints, events, and community engagement.
  • Partnerships:

    Identify collaboration opportunities with tech partners, influencers, and industry communities.
  • Budget Management:

    Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of experience

    in digital marketing, preferably in an

    IT, software, or tech services

    environment.
  • Proven ability to execute successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and leads.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, analytics).
  • Experience with

    marketing automation and CRM tools

    (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using

    Google Analytics

    and A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
