Job Title: Sales Manager – AI & Automation Coaching Program Location: Thiruvankulam, Kochi Industry: Coaching & Consulting | AI & Business Automation Type: Full-time | Commission + Performance Bonus About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts of our high-impact AI & Automation Coaching Program . This program empowers business owners and digital agencies to integrate AI tools and automation into their business processes. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales pipeline, and converting qualified leads into paying customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Sales Closure Handle inbound leads from webinars, landing pages, WhatsApp, and CRM. Conduct sales calls and discovery sessions with potential clients. Follow a consultative sales approach to close sales. Team Management & Sales Strategy Recruit, train, and manage a small team of Sales Executives/Telecallers. Design and implement sales scripts, objection-handling templates, and CRM workflows. Set weekly and monthly sales targets and ensure team achievement. Sales Funnel Optimization Work with the marketing and automation team to optimize lead nurturing sequences. Ensure smooth handover of leads from marketing to sales and post-sales support. Reporting & KPIs Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in the CRM. Present weekly performance reports, including lead status, conversion rates, and revenue metrics. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in coaching, SaaS, or consulting. Proven track record of meeting targets. Strong understanding of AI tools is a plus . Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam . Ability to manage sales calls, follow-up sequences, and CRM reporting independently. Desirable Traits: Tech-savvy and eager to learn new AI tools. Performance-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable working in a high-growth, target-oriented environment. Compensation: Fixed monthly retainer (based on experience) Lucrative commissions per sale Performance-based bonuses and incentives Access to all internal AI and automation training Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,784.83 - ₹49,266.79 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
