Job Profile Overview:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and business growth.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, developers, and

key decision-makers.

·      Identify and develop new business opportunities in high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and institutional

projects.

·      Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and design support with clients.

·      Collaborate with the design and specification team to ensure Delta Light products are specified in key projects.

·      Negotiate pricing, close orders, and manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to delivery and post-sales

support.

·      Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

·      Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback for strategy improvement.

·      Ensure compliance with reporting, CRM updates, and internal documentation protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, B. Tech (ECE), Marketing, Architecture, or related field. MBA is a plus.

·      4–10 years of experience in B2B sales in the premium lighting, architecture, interior, or building materials

industry.

·      Strong network and relationships in the architect and design community in Kolkata/Eastern India.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Self-driven, target-oriented, and a strategic thinker with a solution-selling mindset.

·      Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally pan-India or internationally if required.
