Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales understanding, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to identify improvements and opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and client handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good understanding of market research and sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B / B2C sales (as per company requirement).
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Work Environment:

• Full-time role
• Travel may be required depending on client locations
• Performance-based incentives available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,950.57 - ₹32,000.00 per month
