Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development for Aluminium Formwork systems. This includes identifying potential clients (developers, contractors, and construction companies), presenting technical proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aluminium formwork segment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies, developers, and contractors.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable aluminium formwork solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals/presentations.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for customized solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in line with company targets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports for management.
