Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cyber Security Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and conducting product demonstrations to showcase our cutting-edge cyber security solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background and technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the cyber security industry.

Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition:

    Identify and target potential customers within the designated market segments to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Sales Strategy Development:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Product Demonstrations:

    Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our cyber security solutions, effectively addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Relationship Building:

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Needs Assessment:

    Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Presentations:

    Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, effectively articulating the value proposition and differentiators of our cyber security solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:

    Manage the sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting, tracking leads and opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Market Research:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities and gain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Prepare regular sales reports and provide management with accurate and timely updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Collaboration:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in cyber security sales or industry-specific training are a plus.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling cyber security solutions or related technology products.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and industry trends. Familiarity with threat intelligence, Digital Risk Protection solutions, brand monitoring, and data privacy is preferred.
  • Sales Skills:

    Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Customer Focus:

    A customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  • Results Orientation:

    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and effectively manage a sales pipeline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player:

    Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and leverage internal resources to drive customer success.
  • Adaptability:

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing change and continuously learning about new products and technologies.
