Job Description

As a Sales Manager - Channel Management specializing in Cutting & Welding Products, your role involves driving profitable growth through the channel sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to enhance sales and revenue. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners to achieve mutual goals - Establishing relationships with end users and generating inquiries - Collaborating with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts - Monitoring industry trends, competitors, and market conditions - Creating and managing channel partner budgets and forecasts - Identifying and resolving conflicts within the channel - Providing support and guidance to partners on product offerings - Developing and implementing channel partner programs for training and marketing - Realizing annual budgeted plans and delivering regional business plans for all product sales - Implementing new market opportunities - Evaluating market conditions, identifying new opportunities, and developing product and sales channels - Managing funnel and forecast inputs to ensure budget realization - Providing market intelligence data to support regional strategy planning Qualifications: Education Requirements: - B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma (Mech/Instrumentation/Electrical). MBA preferred Technical Requirements: - Advanced skills in PowerPoints and MS Excel - Strong presentation skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication skills and ability to influence decision-making - Familiarity with CRM usage and Opportunity/Sales Funnel - Team player with cross-functional collaboration Experience Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in cutting & welding products/ Gas Industries/ related EHS-Industrial safety products with Channel management sales system - Capacity to understand customer/end user needs and convert them into business opportunities - Good presentation and convincing skills - Customer support and monitoring strategy for segments and market - Sales result-oriented with the goal of hitting annual targets Mobility & Travel Requirements: - Extensive traveling in the assigned region Language Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi required. Additional regional language skills advantageous In addition to the above, you are expected to exhibit leadership behaviors such as a relentless focus on talent, commitment to on-time completion of actions, driving both strategic and day-to-day operations, tough-minded commitment to results, and creating a winning atmosphere.
