Designation : Quality Analyst, Call Auditing Location : Koramangala, Bangalore. Reporting : Quality Team Leader Shift : Day Shift CTC : up to 4.2 LPA Work Experience: minimum 12 months outbound call handling experience and work experience in outbound or customer facing role Candidate should be fluent in English & Hindi with below languages Should have good analytical skills Identify root causes by regular RCA with the TLs Handle escalations: Regional Languages should know: English, Hindi : 2 nos. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
