Our Flagship Product-BookOne: BookOne is an intuitive Property Management System (PMS) designed for hotels. With automation, real-time updates, and integrations, BookOne helps properties streamline operations and grow revenue.

The Hotel Mate: The Hotel Mate is a hotel booking platform that connects travelers directly with hotels, charging only a 10% commission on confirmed bookings. It helps hotels maximize revenue, reduce OTA dependency, and maintain full control over pricing and inventory with real-time updates.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the hospitality segment (Hotels/Travel/Corporate bookings/Events).
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
• Manage and lead the sales team – set targets, monitor performance, guide training, and ensure target achievement.
• Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and pricing.
• Travel for client meetings, property visits, hotel onboarding, and industry events.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth key account management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or related field.
• 3–6 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, travel, tourism, OTA, corporate sales, MICE, etc.).
• Proven team-leading/people management experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
