Job Title: Sales Manager – Crafted Packaging Industry

Location: Hyderabad

Reports To: Head of Design – Sales & Marketing


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Business Development:

    Identify and acquire new clients in FMCG, luxury goods, food & beverage, e-commerce, Retail, Pharmacy, gifting, and other relevant sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Team Leadership:

    Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (if applicable) to drive performance.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals profitably.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure client requirements are met on time.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven sales experience in

    packaging, printing, or allied industries

    (crafted/custom packaging is a plus).
  • Strong network of clients in FMCG, retail, luxury, Retail, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-value accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
