Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Institutional Sales located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, fostering and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance sales performance. The role also involves frequent communication with institutional clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, client relationship management, and business development
  • Strong market research and sales strategy development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the fashion accessories or leather goods industry is a plus
