We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for modular kitchens, wardrobes and Windows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Lead and motivate the in-store sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Manage end-to-end customer engagement from inquiry and design consultation to order closure and payment.
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders to generate leads and referrals.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Ensure the showroom maintains high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
Handle escalations and provide effective solutions to ensure a seamless client experience.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the modular kitchen, interior, or home improvement industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for design and interiors.
