Responsibilitie

sBuild “that” sales engine, lead the sales department, execute sales and marketing strategies
.Adhere to KPI and KRA on a timely manner and drive the Sales engine
.Own and train CRM for the company, mentor the team to follow sales discipline
.Sales and Marketing responsibility for Refrigerated Transport Systems including containers (Wet/Dry) focussing on monthly / quarterly/yearly targets assigne
dDeveloping customer database, key accounts and responsible for appointment with potential customer
sUnderstand the customer requirements and co-ordinate the sales department with engineers to provide the best solutio
nDefine and roll out related business vertical
sBuild strong customer relationships
.Meeting with Automotive dealers/customers continuously to represent our capabilitie
sAlert the management regarding the market fluctuations and oversee the challenges and opportunities
