Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
  • Present company services to potential clients and build strong relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → follow-up → negotiation → closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts with consistent communication.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (international sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term business relationships.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Experience in CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting.
